Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how Prime Pet Food processes, ships, tracks, and supports orders for Himalayan yak cheese chews and related pet products. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, high-volume periods, weather disruptions, carrier delays, inventory checks, or fraud review.
Shipping rates and free shipping
Available shipping methods, rates, and any free shipping thresholds are shown at checkout before you place your order. Free shipping promotions may apply only to eligible orders, eligible destinations, and qualifying merchandise totals after discounts.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, order volume, and external events. After an order ships, the carrier is responsible for transportation scans and final delivery timing. We will provide tracking when available.
Shipping delays
If we learn that we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, or within 30 days when no timeframe is stated, we will take appropriate steps such as notifying you, offering a revised shipping estimate, giving you an option to cancel when required, or issuing a refund for unshipped merchandise where required.
Tracking information
When your order ships, tracking information is typically sent by email or SMS if you provided contact information at checkout. Tracking scans can take time to update after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can only update the address before the order is packed or shipped. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, stolen, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. Contact us if you still need help. We will review each case, but replacement or refund eligibility may depend on carrier status and the circumstances.
Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved because the carrier may require it for review.
International shipping
If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local requirements unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
